Acceptable Use Policy

madmocks is an AI image generation tool. Generative AI is powerful and can be misused. This policy describes what is and isn't allowed. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund, content removal, and where applicable referral to law enforcement.

You may not use madmocks to create or upload:

• Illegal content of any kind, including content prohibited where you live or where the service is used.
• Sexual content, including but not limited to non-consensual sexual imagery, content sexualising minors (CSAM is reported to authorities under all circumstances), or pornographic mockups.
• Real people without consent. Don't use uploaded photographs or generate scenes that depict identifiable real individuals in a way they would not consent to. No politicians, celebrities, or private people in fabricated contexts.
• Trademark or copyright infringement. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the layouts you upload. Do not pass off another company's logo, brand, or campaign as your own.
• Hate, harassment, or incitement. Content designed to demean or threaten people based on protected characteristics is not allowed.
• Misinformation designed to deceive about real events, public figures, or political processes.
• Violent, gory, or extremist content.
• Personal data of others embedded in a layout (e.g. someone's phone number, home address, or identifying photo without consent).

You may not

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass the rate limits or paywall.
• Use madmocks for automated mass-generation (e.g. running renders programmatically without our written permission).
• Resell madmocks output as a competing service.
• Use the service to spam or attack other systems.

Enforcement

We review reports of misuse and may inspect render parameters where reasonable to investigate a complaint. We do not routinely review individual uploads. If we find a violation we will warn or suspend the account at our discretion. Severe or repeat violations result in immediate termination without refund. Illegal content is reported to authorities as required by law.

If you've seen madmocks output that violates this policy, email hello@madmocks.com with a description and any URLs or screenshots. We respond within 5 business days for non-illegal reports, immediately for CSAM or imminent-harm reports.
